Rebooking protection is an optional add on service that allows you to reschedule your booking if forced to cancel at short notice.

If you are unable to attend your booked experience we will allow you to rebook in the event of;

• The death, accident, or illness happening to you a member of your immediate family or any person(s) in your group due to attend your booked experience.
• The mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of a private vehicle taking you to your booked experience.
• Jury service which you were unaware of at the time of making your booking
• Burglary or fire of your residence in the 48 hours immediately before the booked date
• Adverse weather conditions where the police service or other government agency have issued warnings not to travel
• does NOT cover you for;
• If you decide not to attend the booked date other that for the reasons included within this rebooking protection option.
• If you fail to arrive on time or on the wrong date.
• If you cancel because you don't like the weather forecast
• If you are suffering from too much alcohol consumption.
• we will not pay for any expenses of any kind
• If you refuse to support your claim with proof when ask to do so, this could be a doctors note, crime number etc.
